There are so many complaints on this forum, I think it is depressing. Back talking, people complaining about products, epla,etc. I didn't think it was going to happen to me as I try to stay out of this forum, but last week - I got about 10 emails about an epla seller I do not know who had posted where I bought my supplies (She was WRONG! - it was made up and a lie) and talking behind my back about my products in a negative light. If you are reading this, it is hurtful, I am a person as well trying to do a job. You do not know me or the type of person I am.
All of you, remember that directly calling out can cruel and hurtful to that person. If you have a complaint, rather then posting it online where everyone can see, please just email that person privately. We are all people with feelings and I think it is easy to forget when you are online.
As to complaints for products/prices: there is a market for everything and it is not necessarily us as sellers to decide what is on epla, but the customers who purchase our things to decide what quality they want.
I also want to say a big THANK YOU to Siw and her staff for creating Epla. I was sceptical at first, but now there are so many fun products and creative people out there, it's been a great year watching epla grow.
I have spoken to Siw on a couple of occasions -- she is very patient and helpful and she does the best she can. Now with Epla growing, I think she deserves a big hand of applause from all of us.
There is just too much negativity out there and not enough postive energy.
I hope we can all remember the positive things about this year, what we have, and not what we don't.
