SHIPPING:
All items will be shipped to the address displayed in your PROFILE, so please verify your address is correct before buying.

But in case you would like us to ship to another address please let us know that before buying, we will do our best to satisfy your request.

Please NOTE that when you buy more than one item, you will pay only ONE SHIPMENT. So that before making the PAYMENT contact me to ask for the actual shipment cost.

LOST SHIPMENT, this situation HONESTLY has never happened to us through any of the sites we have used already and we do hope it will never occur. Despite that as your shipment is international wait up to 30 working days as may be it is stuck in CUSTOMS. In case definitelly you think your shipment is lost please contact us and we will do our best to help to find it. We use only MEXPOST mailing with INSURANCE and TRACKING SYSTEM, so we know we are able to FIND IT in case you think it is lost. Just let us know.

FINALLY when you receive your item, please leave us a REVIEW, we will appreciate it.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
We are absolutely sure you will fell in LOVE with our products. But at the same time as we are a PROFESSIONAL and COMMITED business we do have a REFUND/EXCHANGE policy. So please note the following:

We accept Refunds/Exchanges ONLY as long as the item is sent back to us, in its original, UNUSED CONDITION

Once we get the item and after we check it is in its original, UNUSED CONDITION, we will refund the total amount you paid less the cost of the shipment. . But if you ask for exchange, once we get the item and after we check it is in its original, UNUSED CONDITION, we will send a NEW item after you have paid the cost of the second shipment.

If for some reason you are not PLEASED with your purchase or a MISTAKE has been made please CONTACT ME within 10 natural days after the reception of the item so as to be able to work out a solution.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
DRY CLEAN in case you would like but you can also

HAND WASH in cold water with neutral detergent/soap DO NOT use softener. Then remove as much excess moisture as possible by wrapping them in dry towels. Avoid wringing them out as this may break the fibers and cause the item to lose shape. Then, lay them out on a dry towel or screen to allow moisture to be removed more quickly. When leaving your knitted/woven item to AIR DRY, it’s best to lay them out flat. You’ll most likely need a large surface that can accommodate your garment.

STORING your item correctly can help keep their shape and prolong their lifespan. Always store them FLAT or FOLDED. Don’t hang them up as this will cause them to stretch out of shape. For long term storage, try storing them in natural fibers or where there’s some air circulation. Plastic storage containers can be OK, as long as the moisture doesn’t build up inside.

Caring for knitted/woven garments properly will ensure that they stay in the best condition possible.
