  Hello,

  Apologies for intruding your forum in English.

  I have had a shop here on Epla for some years now. Over a month ago, while I had my shop on vacation, I logged on to print last year's invoices etc so that I can send them to my accountant. Well, my shop is gone. I cannot access anything related to it. No orders, no invoices, no products, nothing.

  I have sent multiple emails to Epla but nobody cares enough to answer. I don't know what else to do, so I decided to post it here in public and perhaps it will shame them into answering.

  Completely unacceptable customer service and management considering how much Epla's fees are. I regret ever opening a shop here.

  This is really strange.

  They had some problems both with servers and with the invoices. I didn't get any from November to March and was starting to get worried, as my store had been closed all winter.

  Are you up to date with your payments? it might just be an honest mistake or something to do with their software developers. On top of that, they are taking an eternity to answer as customer service seems to be on transition.

  I wish you good luck and your store is a very cool one, it's a shame this is happening. I hope it can be resolved soon.

  By the way: Have you tried contacting them through Facebook? They seem to answer a bit faster there.

  Hello Mary,

  Thank you for taking the time to answer. Yes, all my bills were paid. I also had a delay in receiving bills on time. I only received a faktura for last winter's fees this spring.

  I will try contacting them on Facebook, but at this point it seems pointless to me. Even if they fix whatever they did wrong, why would I stay here.

  Hi Dina,

  I totally understand how frustrating this must be. I think we've all been disappointed by Epla as of late and a lot are jumping ship as well. It's really sad that it seems to be neglected to the point of it being left to die.

  I myself have never had such little traffic to my shop and wonder if I'm going to have to close for lack of sales. I will decide by the end of the year if Epla manages to go on for 7 more months.
